Works Council and Data Privacy
HR-related change projects often touch on regulatory or legal constraints set by co-determination and data privacy law. Organisational and process changes, e.g. as driven by new Learning or Talent Management systems or the use of Business Intelligence for reporting, require employers, works councils, and data privacy officers to work closely together to establish a workable and sustainable agreement on using and protecting employees‘ personal data.
